Director
Hello! My name is Britney Price, and I am thrilled to serve as the director of Alford and Ashe Academy. I am proud to be a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where I developed my foundational knowledge and passion for early education. Go Knights! With over five years of experience in this field, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow tremendously in various aspects of leadership and management, as well as in understanding the intricacies of early childhood development.
Throughout my career, I have cultivated a rich understanding of how to create and maintain a safe and nurturing educational environment for young children. I believe that every child is unique and deserves a space where they can thrive both socially and academically. My approach centers around collaboration, and I am dedicated to partnering with parents and teachers to foster a supportive community that enhances the childcare experience for our precious children.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I cherish my personal life. I come from a large family, being the eldest of eight siblings, which has equipped me with invaluable skills in leadership and caregiving. My upbringing instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to those I care for. Recently, I celebrated a new chapter in my life by becoming an aunt to a sweet baby girl, which has only deepened my appreciation for the joy and wonder that children bring into our lives.
In my free time, I love spending quality moments with friends and family. Whether it’s enjoying a relaxing day at the beach or cheering on my favorite sports teams, I believe in the importance of balancing work and leisure. I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to continuing to learn and evolve as a leader in early education at Alford and Ashe Academy. Together, we can create a nurturing and enriching environment for our children, ensuring they have the best possible foundation for their future.
